The discussion addressed the intensifying competition among major powers, the fragmentation of multilateral systems, as well as the role of regional blocs as platforms both for mitigating the consequences of global transformations and for testing new models of governance.

In his remarks, Areg Kochinyan stated: “If we are speaking specifically about our region and the architecture within which it may absorb the changes taking place at the macro level, then the larger this peace package becomes, the greater its capacity for absorption becomes as well.”
