Areg Kochinyan, President of the Armenian Council, spoke at the discussion titled “Armenia and Peace at the Crossroads of Risks and Opportunities,” held within the framework of the 15th Security Forum of the Armenian Institute of International and Security Affairs. In his remarks, the political analyst emphasized the importance of establishing a fourth negotiation track aimed at building and institutionalizing economic relations with Azerbaijan.
