Within the framework of Public Radio’s “Without Footnotes” program, Narek Minasyan, Associate Expert at the Research Center on Security Policy, addressed the meeting between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan held in Abu Dhabi, as well as the broader prospects for the unblocking of regional communications.
According to Minasyan’s assessment, a certain shift can be observed in the official Turkish discourse regarding the issue of regional communications.
