Baku Is in No Rush to Sign the Agreement—It Seeks Extra Gains, But Not at Armenia’s Expense

In an interview with Civic.am, RCSP President Areg Kochinyan commented on the current state of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and the positions and involvement of international actors in the process.

He argued that official Baku, on the verge of signing a peace agreement, is attempting to extract “additional calories” by capitalizing on U.S. and EU engagement and leveraging their favorable proposals.
