Armenian Council President Areg Kochinyan and expert Samvel Meliksetyan paid a working visit to Ankara, the capital of Turkey, from June 21 to 25.
During the visit, they held meetings with representatives of Turkey’s leading think tanks, including AVIM (Center for Eurasian Studies), ANKASAM (Ankara Center for Crisis and Policy Studies), Ankara Policy Center (APM), and TEPAV (Economic Policy Research Foundation of Türkiye).
The discussions focused on the normalization and development of Armenia–Turkey relations, as well as opportunities to expand cooperation between the Armenian Council and Turkish research centers through sustained professional engagement and enhanced expert dialogue.
As a result of the visit, the parties reached agreements to continue and deepen their cooperation, maintain regular communication, and work jointly on an expert agenda related to Armenia–Turkey relations.
