During the interview, Areg Kochinyan, President of the Armenian Council, addressed Russia’s influence on Armenia’s domestic political processes, economic and trade pressures, Armenia’s prospects for European integration, opportunities for cooperation with the European Union, the possible revision of Gazprom’s monopoly, the opening of regional communications, the normalization of Armenia–Azerbaijan and Armenia–Turkey relations, as well as issues related to peacebuilding and regional security.
