Expert Meetings in Ankara

From 9 to 12 May, Areg Kochinyan, President of the Armenian Council, visited Ankara for a series of professional engagements, including participation in a discussion titled “Regional Conflicts and Changing Trade Corridors: An Opportunity for the South Caucasus.”

The discussion explored the growing strategic importance of the South Caucasus, prospects for enhanced regional connectivity, and the potential impact of the Armenia–Turkey normalization process and the Armenia–Azerbaijan peace process on regional economic and logistical cooperation.

As part of the visit, meetings were also held with representatives of several think tanks and research institutions, as well as within the framework of Armenian–Azerbaijani–Turkish expert dialogue initiatives.
