“Armenian Council” NGO Associate Expert

Since 2024, Tigran Mughnetzyan has been an Associate Expert at the Armenian Council.

From 2023 to 2025, he worked as a Senior Lecturer at Bryusov State University. In 2023, he was awarded a PhD in Political Science after defending his dissertation entitled “Institutional Development of Elections in Democratization Processes.”

Since 2022, he has been working as a researcher at Transparency International’s Anti-Corruption Center.

In 2020–2021, he pursued a Master’s degree in Public Administration at the Korea Development Institute (KDI), Republic of Korea.

From 2018 to 2022, he served in the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, holding positions as Assistant to the Chief of Staff and Advisor at the Department of External Relations.

From 2017 to 2019, he studied in the Master’s program in Political Science at the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia. Earlier, from 2013 to 2017, he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the Russian-Armenian University. In 2013, he graduated from the Anania Shirakatsi Lyceum.

He was born in 1996 and is unmarried.
