Since November 2018, she has been working at the International Republican Institute (IRI Armenia) as a Finance Manager.

Since January 2019, she has been involved in the financial management of the USAID-funded “Strengthening Electoral Processes and Political Accountability” (SEPPA) program.

Since May 2023, she has participated in the financial coordination of the NED-funded “Executive Women for Public Administration Reform” program.

Since March 2024, she has been involved in the NED-funded “Improving Public Communication for the Effective Implementation of Refugee Support Programs” project (Contingency Funds).

From March 2021 to August 2022, she managed the financial component of the “Countering COVID-19 Disinformation in Armenia” program funded by the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) of the U.S. Department of State.

From 2006 to 2011, she supervised the QSI building construction project, carrying out related financial and administrative functions.

Over the years, she has worked as a Chief Accountant, overseeing accounting operations and ensuring compliance with the accounting standards of the Republic of Armenia.

She has also served as a part-time Finance Manager, managing project budgets and overseeing financial processes.

She has worked in the field of international accounting, ensuring compliance with both local and international accounting standards.

She has gained practical experience as an Accounting Department intern, working with financial documentation and accounting procedures.

From 1986 to 1990, she studied at the Yerevan Institute of National Economy, earning a diploma in Economics.

From 1987 to 1989, she studied at the same institute’s Faculty of Social Sciences, earning a diploma in Legal Studies.

From 1976 to 1986, she attended Yerevan Secondary School No. 20 (Russian).

She is the author of numerous professional guidelines and internal regulations in the fields of financial management, accounting, and program budgeting.

She is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SCALA, 1C, Armenian Software, Jamis, and QuickBooks.
