Appearing on Factor TV, Narek Minasyan, Associate Expert at the Research Center on Security Policy, addressed the issue of unblocking regional transport routes, the recent proposal by the United States, and the respective positions of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
According to Minasyan, current geopolitical developments are significantly limiting Russia’s ability to play an active role in the Armenia–Azerbaijan normalization process—an outcome that runs counter to Moscow’s strategic interests.
