In cooperation with Yerevan and Baku press clubs and CivilNet’s initiative, the RCSP President discussed with Azerbaijani political scientist Farhad Mamedov. During the discussion, experts addressed the process of regulating Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and Tbilisi’s role in it.
“Although Tbilisi can be an effective and promising platform for regulating Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, it is time to prepare for bilateral meetings.”
