THOUGHTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ONINCREASING ARMENIA’S RESILIENCE

With the support of the National Endowment for Democracy, the Democracy Development Foundation, and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, the Research Center on Security Policy conducted a research project aimed at strengthening Armenia’s resilience across the military-political, security, economic, and energy domains. The objective of the study is to identify priority areas for fundamental reforms, outline an operational roadmap, and propose concrete implementation mechanisms.

The study was authored by Areg Kochinyan, Head of the Research Center on Security Policy, and expert Robert Ghevondyan, alongside Mane Adamyan, expert on European integration, and Armen Ktsoyan, expert on economic affairs.

The report, entitled “Reflections and Policy Recommendations on Enhancing Armenia’s Resilience,” presents concrete proposals for public policy and sectoral reforms aimed at increasing the sustainability of areas of strategic importance to the country.
