What Issue Does the EU Monitoring Mission Solve in Armenia: Public Discussion with Tatevik Danielyan

Ghevondyan noted that in the current developments of international relations, security guarantees do not exist as such, but the EU mission in Armenia effectively carries out an important risk reduction function.
